Littleton, Colorado.

Littleton is one of the oldest suburbs in the Denver metro, and that history shows up in its homes. Historic Downtown Littleton and the streets around Main Street have early-1900s brick bungalows and wood-sided cottages that reward careful prep and respect for the original detail. The newer subdivisions further out — Ken Caryl, Columbine, Southridge — look more like classic Colorado suburban builds from the 70s, 80s, and later.

We regularly paint in Littleton and its surrounding unincorporated neighborhoods. Interior projects are the most common — whole-home repaints, kitchen and bath refreshes, trim and cabinet work — but we handle exteriors, deck staining, and drywall repair in Littleton too. One crew, the same standards, whether the house was built in 1915 or 2015.

The two big Littleton paint contexts are 'old-town brick-and-trim' and 'suburban siding-and-stucco.' Historic homes often have brick bodies with painted wood trim and detail, which means we're not painting the brick — we're refreshing the trim, fascia, soffits, and eaves with crisp lines against the masonry. Ken Caryl, Columbine, and Southridge lean more toward lap siding, stucco, and fiber cement with larger paintable surfaces and deeper color flexibility. We approach each type differently.
